Memory Verse Monday Challenge

Year after year, our walk with God and His word needs to mature and grow stronger and fonder. One of the ways we are strengthening our walk with the Word in 2017 is by memorization of Bible verses. We have started a memory verse challenge to memorize one verse every week. So by the end of 2017, you would have memorized 52 verses! It’s a great way to hide God’s word in your heart. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of impact it will have in your life. If you would like to be part of this online community of Memory Verse Monday, read along and I hope you will accept the challenge!

Memory Verse Monday

Different people have different techniques for memorizing. There is no cookie cutter rule for it. Learn and adapt a method that best fits your comfort level. However, I plan to provide you with inspirations and resources along the way, so you can be inspired and motivated to keep going. I also know that doing too much at the same time won’t reap results. So we will be learning only one verse each week and repeat it through the week till it sinks in. Simple and efficient.

Every Monday morning or Sunday night, (depending on where you are in the world), I plan to provide you with a verse to memorize and a little devotional around it, so it resonates in your heart deeply.

One of the best ways to reaching any goal is to have an accountability partner. I know that for some of you that might not work. So consider this my personal invitation to you to be your accountability partner for Memory Verse Monday. You will receive emails every week with the verse if you have subscribed to my blog if not, do so by providing your name and email below. You can at any point, reply to my emails and let me know how your memorization is going and share your progress and struggles. We can keep each other accountable!
